Here's the process:

If an assembly fails, we rebuild and repair it — usually the same visit — then re-test to confirm it passes.
We size, supply, and install new backflow preventers to code.
Fill out the form with your address and email, and attach your test form or notice from the city.
We schedule, test your assembly, and repair anything that fails when we can.
We submit to your water department and email you the report and invoice. Pay by card, Venmo, or Zelle.
Search your name, address, or email. If you're already in our system, you can request your test without sending a photo.
